The Paul Lyons Solo Project is guitar and song with a bit of harmonica. I also play some of the songs on piano when that is available. I play original songs, old jazz tunes, cool gems for the 1960s and 70s, protest songs, songs about the environment and some more originals. It is a one man band that is music for ALL AGES. It works best during the daytime, when the words have a chance to settle into the corners of your mind. Below are some recent live demo recordings of the tunes. I play regularly at the Ocean Ale House on Ocean Avenue in San Francisco and at various street festivals around town.
